The building owner Shift Development granted rooftop access to the SES Solar Co-operative Ltd. The project was able to benefit from Saskatoon Light and Power’s net metering program and SaskPower’s net metering grant.

When originally installed, the Two Twenty project was the largest solar installation in the Saskatoon Light and Power District, and the second-largest installation in Saskatoon. 90 solar panels were installed by Suncatcher Solar Ltd. on the roof and front awning of the Two Twenty on 20th Street W in Saskatoon. The estimated electrical production from the system is 33, 000 kilowatt hours per year.
